NOTE: 6 minutes in to Minglewood there was a problem with
what sounds to be FM interference with a input
channel on the soundboard until 8:40. Becasue this
noise came through the PA and on to AUD tapes as well.
It also occurs on So Many Roads 4 minutes in.
The original DAT had some tracking problem around 5
and 11 minutes in to the second set. It is only a few
times and I tried to smooth it out as much as one can
with momentary square waves.
The SBD DAT I have does not have the encore on it.
So the encore is from my AUD master.

Last Dark Star?
The last Dark Star was actually in Atlanta on March 30. So, lets call this the penultimate Dark Star.

Not the best .... not the worst
I have a hard time with proclaiming this to be one of the better shows in the 90's played in Chicago. Soldier Field in 1991 was a much better show than this one. For nostalgic purposes, I will give it up for the last Star played - and it is short but sweet but it is also 1st verse only (a true bummer since this was the only Dark Star I had ever heard live) and a very rare Chicago Scarlet/Fire. Outside of that, you have Cheezy Answers, a standard Miracle and a common Chicago Standing on the Moon ( i think the one from 93 was better). The PA/FM interference mars the first set, and I Fought the Law is just a funny play on the harsh lot scene which evokes only bad memories from all heads.
However, Bobby busts out the acoustic on Looks Like Rain and there are a couple of nice treats sprinkled throughout the rest of the show (High Time,Phil's Tom Thumb Blues, and Jerry ripping apart the end of So Many Roads.)
Overall, major thanks goes out to 3d for the work done on this recording as I found previous copies to be unbearable. This is a great listen now, and between quality and song selection I give this a weak 4 star rating.

Live at Rosemont
I went to all 3 of the 94 Rosemont run and this was my favorite night and continues to be my favorite. Might be my favorite Chicago area show from the 90's (but thats just me). I love the vocal energy from jerry during so many roads. I also remember the security being pretty rough in the parking lot. This is a good one to listen to and I give it 5 stars. I also remember it being really freaking cold out. Typical March in Chicago!
